Meanwhile globalist central banker turned Crime Minister Marx... I mean Mark Carney keeps bloviating about how "dangerous and divided" the world is since The Rupture of the Orange Man. For some reason, the constant stream of insults and spit behind Trump's back and obsequious fawning to Trump's face hasn't proven to be effective negotiation tactics.

Unfortunately Carney is using the time not spent negotiating on another of his pet projects... creating an all-encompassing techno-surveillance state closely resembling the CCP's Social Credit system...

Note to self... get residency sorted so I can escape to Texas full-time, if necessary... instead of snowbirding.

My wife is a born Texan. We built in the Hill Country outside Marble Falls. Life is good.

The irony is the No King bunch of Fascist Democratic Socialists of America have in their policy to eliminate Congress and the Executive. And run their Utopia with some Kings in Black Robes.

The lie is that NeoNazi White Supremacists are “Right Wingers”. Adolph’s Brown Shirts were German Socialist Worker’s Party thugs. N.A.Z.I., Hitler’s party, was Left Wing Marxist Fascists. As were Mussolini’s Black Shirts. Jihadis supported Hitler via Saddam Hussein’s Uncle in Baghdad.

All true - it is a misnomer to label normal people far right because Hitler et al were men of the left. And Hitler was against cigarettes, he was a Vegan, and he supported abortion (unless the baby was Aryan)

Hmm. Well this is quite the Doomer.

Iran reached the culminating point and achieved the stated objectives, also The Petrodollar is now American Petroleum: a tectonic shift.

However what was or is - as the MOU is not finish but pause- what is the correct solution for Iran?

The Carthaginian Solution

the long warred's avatar

Thank you for honesty. I agree in principle, in practice; Ok you get the nukes I will turn one key you the other. Otherwise it’s NOT POSSIBLE IRL nor cost effective. We have wasted enough 🩸 in those sands.

We pursued limited war and achieved the objectives and stopped- or pause- at culminating point.

Tim Lynch's avatar

I know my radical solution would never be implemented, because it seems impractical. But the Romans did it, so who knows what we could do if we had the gumption to try. There is no other way to deal with the death cult of the 12th Imam. They want to die to defend their beliefs - we should be happy to oblige them. But we won’t until they nuke somebody, and maybe then we’ll think about doing the right thing. Until that time, we’ll continue paying the Jizya because our governments are run by cowards.

the long warred's avatar

We’re not paying Jizra. We released some of their money we seized to purchase USA Soybeans and wheat. IF Iran makes progress on MOU - which is a framework not a treaty THEN we will allow licenses and waivers etc for Iran’s neighbors to pay for Reconstruction. OR if Iran hasn’t learned or more realistically doesn’t control its Embryonic Warlords (always was the risk with the Mosaic plan) THEN we resume bombing. IRL Iran is already beginning to deteriorate into Warlordism and as best practice ala Plan Syria all of Iran’s many enemies knock on every warlord’s door purse 👛 💰 in hand. I believe you know this already. No, we can’t do our own dirty work THERE… until we do our dirty work HERE… which has been a subtext of mine since 2006…

I wonder if I am alone… I don’t feel alone …. 😉

I was contracted by USAID to make an emergency food assessment for Western Afghanistan in 2006. It took me weeks because I lacked good maps, and the roads into Provinces like Ghor and Badghis were little more than goat paths. In every main bazaar, I found tons of wheat in white 50lb bags marked “A gift to the people of Iran from the people of Canada”. I am therefore suspicious of any claim that Iran is going to buy anything they can’t sell to their neighbors for a profit. We should seize their money as war reparations so we can rebuild our munition stockpiles.

The thought that anyone can make a “deal” with the Mullahs or IRGC is ridiculous. They will never honor the terms and will continue to charge Jizra to the shipping companies that use the Strait of Hormuz. The only way to stop that is to kill enough of their leaders that they understand they have been defeated. Anything less than that is an embarrassing defeat for us.

That’s up to the President who has a clearer picture and a global board to watch and work including the United States as per our Strategic Doctrine of 2025 is considered a live theater. Just as was said At Quantico by the Man and Hegseth to the Senior leadership. Also per National Security Strategy of the United States 2025. I think you know both but the readers may not.

Returning across the ocean to Iran - buying the Iranian leadership is very likely an option that occurs to all , indeed many of them ran away as close as Canada or the USA, Europe. They’re scumbags.

So buy them in particular as they’re entrepreneurial scumbags who sell each other out. This is ancient practice.

This would mean fragmentation of Iran which seems already to be happening. Nor will they keep the treaty they cannot now. As far as killing their leadership several levels down we have… they’re down to a legless Ayatollah no one has seen recently and unknown negotiators or leaders. Again this is a 60 day pause not a treaty. If they want to take the soybeans and sell them then run as individuals with the cash fine.

On the matter of the past and unanswered insults; I am reluctantly saying: We had our chance. We had 20 years. Sorry. Let’s let the President work, we had our chance. No one elected us America elected him President.

Sorry, needed to be said.

Sorry 😞. It’s hard but true

Tim, this is one of if not the best essay about the current state of America. Your final sentence about Trumps current mindset or lack thereof is a loud and clear warning.

Excellent article Tim. I’m glad Texas has strong leadership. That Dem candidate is slick. Someone is pulling the puppet strings.

He’s actually worse than Beto, and there is no way he’ll get elected. We require voter ID and check that against the voter rolls. The only cheating is by Politiqueras harvesting votes from the Colonias. But they have to drive the Colonias voters (with valid driver’s licenses) to the polling stations, so their impact is limited. It’s a damn shame the rest of the country doesn’t have fraud-proof elections.
